Role Overview

As a UX / Interactive Designer, you will play a critical role in designing seamless and engaging user experiences that support product adoption and optimize conversions. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to create visually stunning and functional web experiences that guide users through the funnel. You’ll work on high-impact projects, with a focus on experimentation and early user acquisition, balancing aesthetics with practical, scalable design solutions that can quickly move from concept to implementation. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and engineering) to design web experiences that support conversion rate optimization (CRO), product adoption, and early user acquisition.
  • Design thoughtful, visually polished interactive experiences that engage users and drive them through the conversion funnel.
  • Balance strong visual craftsmanship with practical design solutions that are scalable and optimized for performance.
  • Support experimentation programs by iterating on designs based on data insights, testing results, and user feedback.
  • Lead design efforts for landing pages, acquisition funnels, and other high-traffic web experiences to improve user engagement and conversion.
  • Implement design systems that support consistency and scalability across multiple web experiences.
  • Prototype and iterate on interactive designs to ensure high-quality user experiences, collaborating with engineers to bring designs to life.
  • Advocate for best UX practices, ensuring user-centric solutions are at the forefront of all design decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in UX and interactive design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and interactive design work.
  • Proven experience in designing conversion-driven web experiences and optimizing them for CRO.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and other experimentation methods to improve web performance.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and how to apply them to web interfaces.
  • Experience with responsive design and creating designs that work across different devices and screen sizes.
  • Ability to create interactive prototypes and wireframes that communicate design ideas clearly.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and the technical limitations and possibilities of web design.
  • Experience in collaborating closely with engineering teams to implement designs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
