Job Description: UI/UX Designer (with Figma Expertise)

Role Overview

Zevra Inc is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in Figma to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including developers, product managers, and marketing—to translate business requirements into engaging interfaces that enhance usability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma (wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes).
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Create responsive designs optimized for web and mobile platforms.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

🎓 Qualifications

Required

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (including auto-layout, components, prototyping, and design systems).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts.
• Familiarity with other design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience working in agile environments with product and engineering teams.
• Background in branding, motion design, or graphic design is a plus.
