As an R&D Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for;
- Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems to meet product performance, reliability, cost, and manufacturability requirements.
- Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation using CAD software.
- Lead and support product development activities from concept generation through prototype development, testing, and product launch.
- Develop and execute engineering test plans, analyze results, and provide recommendations for design improvements.Conduct feasibility studies, design analyses, and failure investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, regulatory, and product management.
- Support design reviews, risk assessments, and engineering change processes.
- Maintain project schedules and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications;

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.

4–8 years of mechanical engineering experience in a product development or R&D environment.

Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or Autodesk Inventor.

Experience designing mechanical systems, assemblies, and components for production.

Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, including mechanics, materials, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes.

Experience developing and testing prototypes.
Location: On-site daily in Bartlesville, OK
Salary Range: $100K-$140K
