Kiewit Mexico offers construction management and engineering services in a variety of markets, including energy, oil, gas, chemicals, terminals, marine works, and mining.
Responsibilities
- Utilize applicable engineering international and local codes.
- Ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained.
- Participate in design reviews and meetings with clients and other stakeholders.
- Familiar with computer operation and should have the ability to use electrical department design software programs with guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience designing electrical systems as conduit and cabletray modeling for aboveground and underground systems.
- Ability to read panel boards schedules, oneline diagrams and cable schedule.
- Ability to read control and telecom architectures.
- Knowledge of electrical industry standards and regulations.
- Proficiency intermediate / advanced in Revit conduit / cable tray modeling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- English preferred but not required.
- NEC & CEC knowledge is a plus.
