Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part Time (Afternoon Availability Required)
- Location: Decatur, GA
- Pay: $30+ per hour (based on experience)
- Hours: Part Time 2:00-5:45 availability for scheduling
Brightstone Therapy, a leading provider of behavioral therapy services in Decatur, GA, is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. Position Overview
This is a part-time position with afternoon availability required. The RBT will provide high-quality, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as directed by the BCBA
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collect accurate data and complete daily session notes
- Collaborate with the BCBA to support data-driven treatment decisions
- Assist with behavior management and crisis support as needed
- Deliver services in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification required
- CPR certification not required at hire but must be obtained upon employment
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Experience working with individuals in home, school, or clinical settings preferred
- Strong commitment to supporting individuals with autism and developmental differences
