On the Lookout for a Rockstar Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!
- Position: Monday-Friday Full Time 8:00am-5:30pm or Part Time 8:00am-12:30pm
- Compensation: $30+ per hour, based on experience
- Location: 480 Racetrack Rd, McDonough, GA 30252 or 2345 Mt Carmel Rd, Hampton, GA 30228 (Daycare setting)

What You’ll Do
- Deliver individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Carry out behavior intervention plans designed around each client’s unique goals and strengths.
- Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to measure growth and guide next steps.
- Partner with your BCBA to ensure treatment decisions are thoughtful, strategic, and data-driven.
- Provide behavior support and assist with crisis intervention when necessary.
- Work across settings—homes, schools, and clinics—to support clients where they thrive best.
What You Bring
- Active RBT certification.
- Willingness to obtain CPR certification upon hire (if not already certified).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Experience working with individuals across home, school, or clinical environments.
- A genuine commitment to supporting individuals with autism and helping families succeed.
- Ability to work full time hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm.
