Doctrine is looking for a Sales Manager, leading a team of 6 Account Executive to take ownership of our law firms segment in Germany.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial execution, Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for your market.
  • Recruit build a high-performing team, develop and retain top-performing sales talent.
     
  • Coach your team to continuously improve their prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.
     
  • Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
     
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges and design effective Go-to-Market strategies.
     
  • Lead from the front by joining customer meetings and supporting strategic opportunities.
     
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and other Sales leaders to drive growth and improve performance.
     
  • Build and implement scalable sales playbooks and best practices across mid-market and strategic segments.
     
  • Lead an international team based across Germany and France, with regular interactions and travel between both countries.


    You will join a mature and high-performing sales organization, supported by outstanding Product, Marketing, Tech, and Operations teams.
  • Your Profile

  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS.
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of consistently exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and highly organized.
  • High standards, strong ownership, and a bias for action.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, demanding environment with ambitious growth objectives.
  • Motivated by performance, accountability, and uncapped earning potential.

     Our hiring process 🚀

    1. A 30-min intro call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers to understand your career goals and walk you through what we're building at Doctrine.
    2. A 1-hour conversation with your future manager to dive into the role, team scope and answer all your questions.
    3. One or two technical assessments to evaluate your skills in practice.
    4. An office visit including: lunch with 3 people from different teams to give you a feel for your future colleagues; a values conversation to share our vision; and a meeting with our CEO, Guillaume.
