TAT Technologies Tulsa Site serves as the company's center of excellence for heat transfer manufacturing and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services. The site supports commercial, regional, rotary-wing, and military aircraft customers worldwide, providing high quality solutions that enhance aircraft performance, reliability, and mission readiness.
We are looking for a 2nd Shift Cleanline Technician who is able to work 4x10s Mondays through Friday. The hours are typically 3:00pm to 1:30am with overtime and weekends as business need demands to support Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) operations.
Responsibilities:
- Read work orders and follow instructions in order of operation with high attention to detail
- Communicate with other departments to confirm high priority items and plan day to meet production needs
- Confirm correct parts and number of parts before starting cleaning process
- Prepare parts and assemblies for cleaning process according to work order
- Manually run rack with detail parts and assemblies through chemical baths in accordance with working procedures

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability work second shift hours with overtime and weekends as business need demands
- Must be able to read or learn to read blueprints
- Ability to maintain high level of focus for long periods of time
- Ability to perform as a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers
- Must be able to perform physical requirements: physical stamina to stand for 8 hours or more and lift up to 75 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have the ability to pass pre-hire and ongoing, random drug testing as required as a Department of Transportation (DOT) facility regulated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
- Must have the ability to pass pre-hire background check screening back 7 years
