About the role

OOCA

We are looking for an Accounting and Financial Administrator to manage our company’s accounts payable and receivable.

Accounting and Financial Administrator responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping. Ultimately, you will ensure we process all financial transactions accurately and on time.

If you love process improvement to automation and seamless workflow, this position will give you a great opportunity and ownership to analyse existing workflows, reorganise and make improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Process bank deposits, approve and process transfers
  • Reconcile financial statements
  • Submit tax/vat forms, issue and file its documents
  • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
  • Prepare, send and store invoices, bills and other relating documents
  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
  • Oversee and ensure company's cashflow
  • Analyse company's financial forecast
  • Identify and address discrepancies
  • Revise and improve accounting and financial process to seamless and automation
  • File and store company's documents
  • Provide other administrative support as needed by the office or the clinic
  • Perform all other duties assigned by manager or reporting line.

Requirements

  • Onsite work 5 days a week at Gaysorn Centre, Chitlom
  • Proven work experience as an Accounting Administrator or similar role
  • BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
  • Knowledge or experience with corporate's tax/vat and its process
  • Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
  • Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Analytical skill
  • Good at microsoft office especially Excel
  • Quick learner
  • Tech savvy
