Our portfolio includes single-family homes and multi-unit residential properties. We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth communication between tenants, vendors, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of leases, tenant information, maintenance logs, and financial transactions
• Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease renewals
• Maintenance Coordination: Receive and respond to maintenance requests, dispatch vendors, and follow up to ensure timely resolution
• Payment Recording: Track rent payments, issue receipts, and update accounting systems accordingly

Requirements:

• Prior experience in property management, leasing, or administrative support (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Rentec Direct) or willingness to learn
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Basic understanding of rental agreements and tenant rights (a plus)
