Property Manager (New York Residential)

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Fully Remote

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in New York real estate, specifically managing high-rise residential buildings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and ensuring smooth building management.

This role requires hands-on experience with property management systems, particularly Buildium, along with a solid understanding of New York property regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of high-rise residential properties
• Handle tenant communications, inquiries, and issue resolution
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
• Oversee rent collection, lease tracking, and renewals
• Ensure compliance with New York real estate laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate property records and documentation
• Use Buildium to manage properties, tenants, and financials
• Monitor property performance and report on key metrics

Requirements

• Proven experience in New York property management
• Experience managing high-rise residential buildings
• Strong knowledge of tenant relations and property operations
• Proficiency in Buildium software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
