About the role
This is your chance to grow your career in Tech Sales with some of the fastest-growing international FinTech and SaaS companies. You’ll learn how to generate pipeline, book meetings with C-level executives, and play a key role in winning new customers.
We’ll kickstart your journey with our hands-on training program, designed to turn your customer-facing experience into tech sales expertise. From there, you’ll have a clear path to grow into leadership within two years.
What you’ll do:
- Learn the FinTech & SaaS space across EMEA markets
- Research and identify high-value target accounts
- Reach out to decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Book meetings and demos with senior executives
- Join customer meetings and contribute to go-to-market campaigns
- Continuously refine your sales skills with support from experienced leaders
Requirements
- A university degree (Hard requirement)
- 3-4 years in a customer-facing role after your studies
- Experience in outbound sales, SDR/BDR work, or lead generation
- Strong written and spoken English, confident engaging with C-level executives
- Based in Cape Town (or open to relocating)
- Eligible to work in South Africa
- Experience with prospecting tools such as SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, or Apollo is a plus.
