Job responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Manage project changes, scope adjustments, and issue resolution in a timely and efficient manner.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of project management best practices.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in engineering, technology, or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes.
