We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with 4+ years of experience in IT consulting companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving business growth, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience as an Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar client-facing role.

Proven experience working within IT Consulting companies.

Strong ability to manage and grow key client accounts while identifying new business opportunities.

Experience in preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Strong understanding of IT services, digital transformation initiatives, and technology solutions.

Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with strategic clients.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare account plans, sales forecasts, and regular business reviews.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned targets.
