This role defines and governs the end to end GTM vision, shaping market positioning, accelerating adoption, and driving sustained revenue impact.

The Senior Principal Product Manager, Go to Market (GTM) influences executive decision making and aligns senior leaders across product, commercial, regional, and external partner ecosystems to ensure consistent global execution. • Set and advance enterprise‑level growth opportunities by shaping unclear, emerging market, regulatory, and customer challenges into aligned, executive‑ready strategies and investment cases.
  • Serve as a recognized industry authority and external thought leader, defining a narrative and influencing market direction through press, white papers, events, webinars, and senior‑level forums.
  • Own and govern the full product commercialization lifecycle across regions—from GTM vision through scaled adoption—holding accountability for outcomes across EAPs, pilots, and general availability.
  • Define and steward comprehensive, multi‑region go‑to‑market strategies, including target segments, positioning, value messaging, pricing models, and channel approach, ensuring consistency and local relevance.
  • Drive cross‑functional and regional alignment at the senior‑leader level, influencing priorities and execution across product, marketing, sales, finance, operations, and partners without direct authority.
  • Establish and monitor enterprise‑level success metrics, including adoption, revenue, market share, acquisition, and retention; course‑correct strategy based on performance, market signal, and customer insight.
  • Partner with senior marketing and sales leadership to ensure scalable, high‑impact GTM enablement, shaping messaging frameworks, sales narratives, and executive‑level customer materials.
  • Act as the strategic voice of the customer and market, providing forward‑looking, data‑driven insights and recommendations that inform executive decision‑making and long‑term portfolio direction.
  • Essential Skills Needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience demonstrating enterprise‑level impact.
  • Recognized industry authority with deep domain expertise and external credibility among senior customers, partners, and industry peers.
  • Minimum 15+ years of B2B experience shaping go‑to‑market and product strategies for analytics‑led solutions within KYC, KYB, Regulatory, Risk, or Supply domains.
  • Demonstrated fluency in competitive dynamics and market structures across North America and Europe, with experience operating on a regional or global scale.
  • Proven record of owning, governing, and scaling complex product launches and GTM strategies with sustained revenue and market impact.
  • Advanced capability in market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insight, with a strategic understanding of full product lifecycle and customer journeys.
  • Highly analytical and outcomes‑driven, with the ability to prioritize enterprise‑level initiatives, operate with ambiguity, and maintain strong ownership and execution discipline.
  • Exceptional executive‑level communication, presentation, and influencing skills; fluent in English, with additional regional language capabilities where applicable.
