Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Rehab Opportunity in Delray Beach, FL

Position: Physical Therapist
Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office
Office Assignment: One office location only
Pay: $50–$55 per hour
Schedule: Flexible schedule available

We are seeking a Physical Therapist in Delray Beach, FL to join an orthopedic outpatient clinic. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients who need help recovering from pain, injury, surgery, reduced mobility, or strength loss.

As the treating PT, you will guide patients through care that is active, goal-based, and easy to follow. You will help people understand their recovery plan, improve movement patterns, and make steady gains from one visit to the next.

Schedule Options:

• 4-day schedule with 10-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Complete initial evaluations and identify functional limitations
• Create treatment plans for orthopedic and post-surgical patients
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, and functional movement care
• Track outcomes and adjust treatment based on progress
• Teach patients home programs and proper exercise techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate with PTAs and clinic team members when needed

Requirements

• Current FL PT License
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates are welcome
