Experience:

• Candidates with 1+ years of relevant experience will be preferred
• Prior exposure to SEBI Compliance, PMS, RIA, AIF, Audit, Taxation, or Financial Services will be an added advantage

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

SEBI Compliance

• Handle compliance activities related to PMS, RIA, and AIF operations
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly compliance reports
• Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, circulars, and guidelines
• Manage regulatory filings and maintain compliance documentation
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities as required
• Monitor regulatory updates and implement necessary compliance measures
• Perform additional compliance-related assignments as assigned

Direct Taxation & Audit

• Handle TDS, Income Tax, Capital Gain Tax, and related compliances
• Support internal audits and quarterly audit activities
• Maintain compliance records and documentation
• Assist in tax planning and reporting functions
• Ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Strong attention to detail with a compliance-focused mindset
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
• Working knowledge of Direct Taxation and TDS provisions
• Ability to learn and adapt to regulatory changes
• Knowledge and practical use of AI tools for productivity, reporting, research, and workflow efficiency
• Good communication and professional coordination skills

Important Employment Condition:

• This position is suitable for candidates seeking a long-term career opportunity
• A mandatory commitment period of 24 months is required
• A retention program will apply during the first 7 months of employment
• Under the retention program, 10% of the monthly salary will be retained by the employer
• The retained amount will earn interest at 8% per annum
• The retained amount along with applicable interest will be released as per company policy upon successful completion of the commitment period and retention conditions
• In case of resignation before completion of 24 months or failure to serve the prescribed notice period, the retained amount and accrued interest shall stand forfeited
