You’ll be working closely with stakeholders across investment management, compliance, operations, technology and distribution, acting as a connector to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively. With a strong pipeline of managed account opportunities, this is a great chance to contribute to a high-growth area of the business while building broad exposure across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include

  • Managing documentation updates and supporting compliance reporting through accurate data collection and process execution

  • Conducting competitor analysis and market research across managed account offerings, fee structures and investment approaches to support product positioning and strategy

  • Supporting multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder requests, managing competing priorities across product, compliance, investment and technology teams

  • Providing analytical support to managed account development initiatives, contributing to process improvement and strategic enhancements

  • Building relationships across investment management, sales, compliance, technology and operations to support collaboration and delivery

  • Coordinating cross functional initiatives, ensuring clear communication, alignment and timely delivery of key activities

  • Using tools such as Excel to support analysis, benchmarking and reporting that informs decision making

About You

You are a proactive and personable team player who enjoys working across stakeholders and contributing to broader business outcomes. You are confident communicating with a range of teams and bring a strong sense of ownership to your work.

Alongside your analytical capability, you are curious, organised and able to balance detail with a commercial lens.

  • Around 2 years’ experience in superannuation, wealth management or investments, ideally with exposure to managed accounts

  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation, process execution and regulatory requirements

  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across diverse stakeholders

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

  • Advanced Excel capability, with an interest in developing broader analytical and benchmarking skills

  • Exposure to product, compliance or investment functions is highly regarded

  • Collaborative, adaptable and keen to learn
