The Opportunity:

Join one of the largest Sales & Distribution teams in the Australian platform market and play a key role in building out our broking channel.

This is a growth role, focused on driving new business, strengthening client relationships, and expanding Netwealth’s presence across advisers, brokers and dealer groups.

As a Distribution Manager you’ll build pipeline from the ground up while also developing an existing client base. Success comes from strong market engagement, disciplined execution, and the ability to position a compelling case for change in a competitive landscape.

You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive activity, progress opportunities, and deliver against revenue targets.

In this role, you will:

  • Build pipeline and convert new business opportunities

  • Grow and support an existing client base

  • Develop strong relationships across advisers, brokers and dealer groups

  • Represent Netwealth in market and at industry events

  • Progress opportunities from initial engagement to conversion

  • Contribute market insights to support product and go-to-market strategy

About you;

You’re a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth environment.

You’re confident building relationships, creating opportunities, and following through to close. You bring enough technical understanding to be credible, but your strength is in how you engage, influence and execute.

You’re proactive, resilient, and take ownership of your pipeline and outcomes.

You’ll bring:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in sales, distribution or business development across Broking

  • Strong understanding of wealth management and platforms

  • Proven ability to build pipeline and win new business

  • Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills

  • A commercial mindset and ability to position against competitors

  • RG146 and willingness to travel interstate
