About this Senior Commercial Counsel - Remote (975-SLS) role at Solutuslegal
Our client, a mission-driven, one of the fastest growing emerging growth cloud companies and leader in real-time analytics, data warehousing, and data observability, has exclusively engaged Solutus Legal Search to assist its executives in hiring an attorney to serve as Senior Commercial Counsel.
Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, this attorney will be an early member of the company’s legal team. This attorney will be responsible for supporting the sales team in reviewing and negotiating customer agreements and providing legal support for revenue-generating activities in the Americas, including LATAM. This role is remote with a strong preference for someone living in the Mountain or Central Time Zone.

Compensation for this role will vary and will be determined on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, number of years of directly relevant experience, and location.
- For candidates in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, and New York City, the target base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 - $275,000, plus equity and a generous benefits package.
- The target base salary for this position in all other cities is $225,000 - $250,000, plus equity and a generous benefits package.
