About the Role:
We are looking for a high-energy and passionate Course Steward to manage and oversee training projects directly at our client’s site.
In this role, you will be the driving force ensuring the entire training lifecycle—from initial needs analysis to execution and final reporting—runs seamlessly and professionally. If you are highly organized, proficient in Microsoft 365, and love facilitating and interacting with people, this is the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Training Needs Analysis: Design and coordinate the Training Need Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with the client to ensure the program aligns with their goals.
- End-to-End Training Management: Arrange and manage all training logistics, schedules, materials, and technical coordination for successful execution.
- Facilitation: Act as a facilitator during training sessions to ensure an interactive, engaging, and productive learning environment.
- Reporting & Evaluation: Compile comprehensive post-training reports, including program effectiveness evaluations backed by accurate data.
Requirements
- Education & Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience post-graduation. Bachelor's degree in any field (Psychology, Management, or Communications is a plus).
- High proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (essential for data processing in TNA and reporting).
- Strong ability to create visually appealing presentation slides (PowerPoint) and the confidence to deliver them.
- Deeply passionate about Learning & Development (L&D) or education.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (adept at managing and facilitating group settings).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently at the client's site.
