What you'll be doing

• Engaging with business leaders across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Researching companies and identifying new sales opportunities
• Conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn in German and English
• Booking meetings and generating qualified pipeline
• Working closely with international sales and marketing teams
• Learning how high-growth SaaS and FinTech businesses scale globally

Requirements

• Professional fluency in German and English
• Completed university degree
• 1–3 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High levels of curiosity, resilience, and coachability
• Interest in technology, SaaS, FinTech, and international business
• Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate
