As a Senior Game Designer you will work within a talented design team, to create innovative feature, gameplay and system designs, both written and technical, to the highest possible standards. Be pro-active in ensuring good lines of communication are maintained within the design team and across other teams within the studio.

Key Duties Include

• Work within a talented, multi-discipline design team and produce detailed feature and system designs to the highest possible quality.
• Maintain and iterate on those designs, based upon feedback and the changing nature of the production process.
• Utilise in-engine tools to produce gameplay examples and concepts.
• Act as a mentor and example of quality to the junior members of the design team.
• Be pro-active in developing good lines of communication with team members responsible for the implementation of features and systems.

Requirements

• Commercial experience in design roles working, ideally working on AAA console or PC titles.
• A high level of experience in the creation of feature and systems design documentation and prototype specifications.
• High level of knowledge of the current games market and a real passion for games.
• Effective and comfortable communicator.

• Experience in Unreal Engine
