Position Overview

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced production environment, assisting the Production Manager in organizing, monitoring, and improving day-to-day operations. You will be a key player in ensuring production efficiency, quality compliance, and the successful preparation for Phase II operations, contributing to the setup of new lines and systems.

This is a hands-on opportunity to deepen your operational and on-site management​ expertise, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and drive tangible improvements in a growing organization.


What You'll Be Doing

• Assist the Production Head in organizing and coordinating daily production activities and on-site operations.
• Build, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide hands-on on-site support and leadership​ to the production team, applying people management skills to maintain a safe, motivated, and efficient workforce.
• Support project-based activities, including the preparation and setup of new machinery for New Site - Phase II operations.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution and production line transitions.
• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Provide on-site support to the production team and demonstrate people management skills to maintain a motivated and efficient workforce.
• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and innovation.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Production Management, or a related discipline.
• 5 years or above experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with 2 years or above experience in managerial position
• Prior experience with GMP, ISO 22000, HACCP, or ISO 13485 standards is highly preferred.
• On-site people management skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
