Who are we looking for?  
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, and documentation. This role plays a key part in ensuring products and materials move in and out of the facility accurately and efficiently. 

Requirements

  • Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips 
  • Accurately document and label incoming and outgoing goods 
  • Prepare and package outbound shipments in accordance with company standards and customer specifications 
  • Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and drivers 
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts 
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification may be required) 
  • Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area 
  • Communicate with internal teams (purchasing, quality, production, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and receipt of materials 
  • Weekly Status Reports

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or GED required 
  • 2+ years of shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferred 
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems or shipping software (e.g., FedEx, UPS, ERP systems) 
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite 
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods 
  • Familiarity with Sage X3 ERP is a plus 
  • Experience with international shipments is a plus 
  • Forklift certification is a plus 

Work Environment: 
This position requires work in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical activity. Proper safety equipment and training will be provided.  Job duties may expand based on business needs
