岗位职责:
 1、与前端销售团队紧密合作,收集和了解客户信息及发货计划,进行系统账户创建和信息归档,协助客户按照标准流程进行发货、跟进物流状态并监督时效,提供良好服务体验;
 2、结合客户日常物流异常个案,有意识进行判断和信息过滤,将有效准确的信息反馈内部,以便协助快速定位问题和解决问题;
3、定期汇总客户日常反馈(客户短期特殊需求、异常投诉),提前察觉物流/信息流的流程缺陷,主动提出合理的优化需求,与客户和内部跨部门多方沟通;
4、定期针对物流运营问题进行数据分析和复盘(异常SLA时效、货量波动),与国内仓库、干线、清关团队进行沟通协作,寻求对应解决方案,并推动方案落地及持续监控方案优化效果;
 
任职要求:
1、物流管理、国际贸易或工商管理相关专业,大专以上学历优先;
2、具备2年及以上空运国际物流操作、货运代理客户运营相关经验优先,了解空运进出口业务知识及行业术语,识别进出口异常问题;
3、英语能作为工作语言(通过大学英语四六级,听说读写流利交流),能熟练使用办公软件,有G-suite操作优先;
4、能通过数据分析识别操作问题,且能为客户提供解决方案;
5、具备良好的客户沟通协调能力与责任感,较强的抗压与应变能力,及对处理复杂问题有敏锐感和积极的态度;
6、具备一定客户洽谈能力或经验,能接受适当出差。
