A Benefits Coordinator job is available with the City of Fort Worth in the Benefits Division of Human Resources. The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the activities and operations of a division within the Human Resources Department; coordinates assigned activities with other divisions, departments and outside agencies; and provides highly responsible and complex administrative and professional support to the human resources management and executive staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Four (4) years of benefits experience
- One (1) years of supervisory experience
The Benefits Manager job responsibilities include:
- Serves as frontline support in assisting human resources staff members in the Benefits division that focuses on direct customer service request;
- Coordinates and reviews the work plan for assigned human resources programs, work activities, projects and programs; reviews and evaluates work products, methods and procedures;
- Responds to sensitive customer inquiries and complaints.
- Supervises staff, which includes prioritizing and assigning work; conducting performance evaluations; ensuring employees follow policies and procedures;
- Performs as project leader on departmental projects, committees, and etc.; may serve as back-up liaison for Benefits Division
- Monitors and evaluates the quality, responsiveness, efficiency and effectiveness of customer service inquiries, service delivery methods and procedures;
