Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom-apparel company that helps college organizations, Greek life, campus groups, and corporate clients source and print customized products. We work with a mix of domestic wholesale suppliers and overseas manufacturers to find the right product at the right price for each client, and then decorate it with their artwork, logos, or designs.
Our Product Acquisition Team sits between the sales team and the supply chain. When a client needs a product, we find it, price it, and make the sale possible. We're looking for someone who genuinely understands fashion and apparel, not just how to search a supplier website, but how to evaluate whether a product is actually right for the customer asking for it. This is a sourcing role, but product taste and fashion awareness are just as important as operational skills.
You will help find garments and products based on client requests, often using just a reference photo. You should be comfortable identifying styles, materials, and key details, then turning those into effective searches. You’ll also help check availability and suggest similar options when needed. A background in fashion is a plus, but curiosity and a genuine interest in the industry are just as important.

Role Summary
The Quoting & Timeline Associate is responsible for supporting the Sales team by providing accurate quotes, validating production timelines, and ensuring operational feasibility before an order is placed. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, printers, and suppliers to ensure pricing, production, licensing, inventory, and delivery timelines are aligned.
The associate owns quoting and timeline tickets from assignment until resolution while maintaining defined SLA and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Quoting
- Generate apparel and promotional product quotes using the internal tool: V4 Quoter.
- Validate all mandatory inputs including quantity, artwork/proof, garment, print method, delivery location and licensing.
- Check inventory availability and recommend suitable alternatives when required.
- Quote orders as per standard margin guidelines and obtain approvals for exception pricing.
- Handle one-off orders and promo product quotes as per defined SOPs.
- Educate CMs and ISAs on using the V4 Quoter for standard quotes.
Timeline Management
- Evaluate production feasibility for requested delivery dates.
- Determine whether Standard, Guaranteed, Expedited or Flash timelines can be supported.
- Validate production timelines based on print method, decoration method, inventory availability and shipping requirements.
- Identify operational risks before timelines are committed
Supplier & Printer Coordination
- Contact printers for rush order feasibility and production confirmations.
- Coordinate with product suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery timelines.
- Share production details with the Order Processing team after order placement.
Ticket Management
- Own Freshdesk tickets from assignment until resolution.
- Ensure all responses meet team quality standards and SLA targets.
- Escalate licensing, pricing or operational issues wherever required.
Process Improvement
- Contribute towards HelpJuice documentation and SOP improvements.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Support automation initiatives by documenting workflows, exceptions and edge cases.

Preferred Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Sales Operations or Logistics.
- Experience working with ticketing systems or CRMs.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.

Details
- Job Location: Work From Home / Remote
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (US Timings), Monday to Friday
- Monthly Salary: $400 - $900 (adjusted based on experience) + $80 (night allowance)
