About this Receptionist with CNA role at Cheer Home Care

We are seeking a compassionate, highly organized, and solutions-oriented Receptionist (CNA license preferred) to support our caregiving team from Friday to Tuesday. As the first point of contact during, you will ensure seamless continuity of care and provide vital staffing support. Whether you are solving a scheduling puzzle, answering client questions, or stepping in to cover a shift, your work will directly elevate the quality of life for seniors and adults with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Staffing & Scheduling: Rapidly handle last-minute call-outs, clock caregivers in/out, and schedule replacement care to ensure no client is left without support.
- Caregiver Support: Serve as a reliable resource for caregivers during their shifts, reviewing shift notes and troubleshooting issues in real-time.
- Client & Front Desk Relations: Manage front desk reception, answer client inquiries warmly, or direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain professional, confidential communication across caregivers, clients, and leadership, escalating urgent concerns according to company protocol.
- On-the-Field Backup: Act as a true team player by filling in for a caregiving shift when needed (atlleast once or twice a week).
