About the role
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Support
- Support execution of launches, promotions, and brand activities
- Assist in coordinating marketing assets (KV, POSM, videos, presentations)
- Support KOL/influencer screening, seeding, and coordination
- Assist in product kit preparation and delivery for PR and agencies
Digital & Social Media
- Assist in social media content (captions, basic visuals, translations)
- Schedule and monitor social posts and online banners
- Support e-commerce listings (Zalora, Lazada, Shopee) and asset resizing
- Track basic digital performance metrics and reports
Events & PR
- Assist in event preparation and on-site coordination
- Support PR seeding (packing, sourcing, delivery)
- Assist in post-event reporting and documentation
Reporting & Admin
- Compile basic marketing reports and competitor insights
- Support sell-out data consolidation and presentation decks
- Assist in PO tracking, invoices, and general coordination tasks
Learning:
1. Ability to gain brands perspective on the right influencer marketing through KOL screening.
2. Influencer care and detail orientation to their work.
3. Learn and understand e-commerce landscape with zalora
4. Media understanding and landscape
5. Project management
Requirements
1. Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable with data input and cell formatting
• Familiar with basic formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUM
• Able to use pivot tables and apply filters for data analysis
2. Microsoft PowerPoint
• Capable of assembling presentation decks and reports
• Skilled in arranging visuals, layouts, and text professionally
3. Canva
• Design simple banners and visuals
• Resize images to fit platform needs
• Save and export as PNG
4. Organizational & Communication
• Handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Write clear and polite emails
