About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our B2B Sales team. This role requires providing excellent customer service and production-focused outbound sales where you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle through strategic calling new/existing prospects.
Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound calling.
- Accent & Clarity: Exceptional communication skills with a neutral/American accent and crisp pronunciation. You must be able to articulate value propositions clearly on the first ring.
- Resilience: Ability to handle high call volumes and objection handling without losing momentum.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot) to log activities and track pipeline.
- Research Skills: Ability to quickly research a prospect's business model before the call to personalize the pitch.
- Metrics-Driven: You have a track record of hitting or exceeding daily KPIs (dial counts, connects, proposals etc.)
- Consultative Approach: You don't just read a script; you ask discovery questions to uncover pain points.
