Support marketing administrative tasks (updating marketing materials, scheduling blog posts, maintaining trackers, updating content calendars, etc.)Support content creation efforts (basic copywriting, assisting in video shoots, coordinating with graphic designer for design briefs, etc.)Support quality checks to ensure marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines before reviewAssist with competitor research on marketing best practicesSupport in procurement of marketing materials & distributionAssist in coordination for cross-border campaigns & initiatives with regional teams and stakeholdersJob Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business,Communications, or a related fieldComfortable with Google Slides, Sheets, Docs (Canva is a plus)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveAble to manage multiple small tasks and follow up independentlyComfortable asking questions, clarifying priorities, and taking initiative within guidanceInterest in content creation, e-commerce, logistics, or startups is a plus
