Our client, a publicly traded digital health company leveraging technology and AI to transform care delivery, has exclusively retained Solutus Legal Search to assist the executives in their search for a Commercial Counsel. This role reports to the Associate General Counsel, Commercial and will be located in San Francisco, CA.
This attorney will serve as a key member of the legal team, partnering closely with commercial, sales, and procurement stakeholders to support revenue-generating activities and operational initiatives. The role is highly integrated with the business and focuses on enabling efficient deal execution while balancing legal and regulatory risk. The position also offers exposure to a broad range of legal matters beyond core commercial work, providing meaningful opportunities for growth within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Experience Includes:
The role offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $179,000 – $268,800, together with eligibility for equity participation. Total compensation is designed to align with the scope and impact of the position.
