About The Role

As a Client Retention & BD Support Lead, you will play a key role in strengthening long-term client relationships while supporting the operational excellence of the Business Development team. You will be responsible for driving client retention initiatives, reactivating dormant clients, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of commercial documentation. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills to enhance customer satisfaction and support sustainable business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase retention and repeat business.
  • Reconnect dormant clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams.
  • Prepare and manage quotations, project calculations, invoices, contracts, and other commercial documents.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate document delivery.
  • Maintain client records and documentation in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on client retention and BD support performance.
  • Support continuous improvements to client service and sales operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Relations, Account Management, Customer Success, Sales Operations, or Business Development Support.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience handling quotations, contracts, invoicing, and commercial documentation.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical, proactive, and customer-focused.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
