About The Role

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by owning pipeline development and progressing high-value deals. This role is suited for someone who can think strategically, engage clients confidently, and move opportunities toward closing.

Candidates who bring an existing, relevant network or client base within target segments will be considered for additional incentives and fast-track impact opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and own a strong sales pipeline across target markets
  • Lead discovery, presentations, and stage negotiations progress
  • Drive deal progression from first meeting to closing stage
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales / business development with a strong revenue track record
  • Proven ability to build and manage pipeline, not just close deals
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking to identify and drive growth opportunities
  • Experience managing multiple deals and complex stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams
  • Target-driven and comfortable in a high-performance environment
