Change & Implementation Lead | Banking Transformation

Contract | £950 per day | Inside IR35 | Hybrid

This role will lead implementation activities for a new Target Operating Model within a major banking transformation, ensuring the programme successfully moves from design into operational delivery.

You'll own implementation planning, business readiness, deployment, go live and hypercare, working across programme teams to manage delivery risks and drive successful adoption across the organisation.

Previous experience leading implementation activities on large banking transfrmation programmes is essential, together with a proven track record delivering business change.
