1. Contract Review

• Review simple contracts (NDAs, operation contracts).
• Check format, typos of other contracts.

2. Legal research

• Conduct research on legal and regulatory matters affecting the companies' business.

3. Document translation

• Translate documents between Vietnamese and English.

4. Administrative legal tasks

• Maintain legal archives (hard and soft copies) of companies’ licenses and applications, and key projects documents.
• Document stamping and scanning.

5. Update the ERCs of the companies

• Draft applications (templates to be provided).

6. Other legal related tasks as assigned by the LIC.

Requirements

• Minimum internship duration: 6 months; 3 days/week.
• Fundamental legal knowledge and working proficiency in English.
