Role Objective
We are recruiting for a Client Director to lead some of our most exciting clients here at Mindshare. Sitting within the Client Leadership department, you will be responsible for owning, nurturing, and growing the relationship with our most senior clients.
You will be leading a series of brands, KFC, Avanti West Coast and Nord VPN. You will be responsible for ensuring the best quality work is being delivered by the team, driving innovation and ensuring the highest performance throughout all channels.
You will also be responsible for the commercial delivery of the accounts, working with our finance and commercial teams to monitor profitability and output, ensuring the team and structure, are fit for purpose to deliver on expectations.
You will be expected to deliver the following:
- Develop, deliver and lead the account vision, with best practices to maintain future growth
- Now and next consultative problem solving, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions
- Responsibility for all financial business elements of the accounts to deliver efficiencies and drive Good Growth
- Become a true partner, building effective and trusted client and agency relationships
- Foster an environment that enables teams to deliver award worthy work, being the driving force behind the ambition
- Have a strong digital acumen, understanding the importance and uses of client data within media
- Be an inclusive team champion, supporting the whole team and create an environment which enables everyone to be the best version of themselves
- Showcase you are a collaborative leader, breaking down silos across agency teams and empowering the team to build cross functional relationships.
- Constantly look for new processes and practices to improve ways of working for our team and the client, ensuring a happy team and client
- Be the voice of your clients within the agency and a driver of best in market work

Your Skills and Experience:
- Have experience of leading scaled client businesses, building relationships across multiple levels.
- Experience in understanding agency remuneration models, with the ability to discuss and sell these into key client contacts.
- Understanding and deep knowledge of all areas of agency deliverables, from planning, strategy, activation, commercial, measurement.
- Experience in navigating clients through the changing media landscape. Upskilling and creating a future roadmap.
- Showcase how you have created a one team culture on client business to ensure every discipline is motivated to deliver on client and agency requirements.
- Showcase how you have led and enhanced the client experience.
- Experienced in receiving client feedback and adapting our agency approach to their changing needs.
