Job Summary

We are looking for a high-level Meta Ads strategist to take full ownership of performance for a growing portfolio of insulation and home improvement businesses. This is not a generalist role or a position for beginners; we need a specialist who understands the nuances of high-ticket lead generation and the home services vertical. You will be responsible for driving qualified applications and booked inspections, managing client relationships directly, and ultimately transitioning into a leadership role as the team expands. If you have a "foundership" mentality and a proven track record of scaling accounts through rigorous testing and data-driven execution, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns for a portfolio of 10+ active client accounts.
  • Build, test, and iterate on lead gen, VSL, and booked-call funnels to maximize conversion.
  • Own the client relationship entirely, leading weekly reporting calls and providing clear, actionable insights.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to develop aggressive ad creative, including hooks, angles, and copy.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure efficient scaling and ROI.
  • Identify underperforming metrics before they become issues and pivot strategies autonomously.
  • Document and systematize internal processes to prepare for the onboarding of junior media buyers.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes and algorithm shifts to maintain a competitive edge for clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing $30k–$100k+ in monthly Meta ad spend across multiple accounts.
  • Specific experience in the Home Services, Home Improvement, or Contractor verticals.
  • Deep understanding of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and lead quality optimization.
  • Track record of scaling campaigns profitably while maintaining a structured testing methodology.
  • Extreme ownership mentality: you are proactive, not reactive, and take pride in account performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead client calls independently without hand-holding.
  • High level of data literacy and the ability to translate complex metrics into simple business outcomes.
  • Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior media buyers.
  • Background in developing VSL (Video Sales Letter) funnels for lead generation.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or "head of" role within a performance agency.
  • Deep technical knowledge of tracking, attribution, and CRM integrations.
