Job Summary

This is a high-impact role for a performance-driven specialist looking to join a fast-growing agency at the forefront of the UK renewable energy sector. We are a no-nonsense, results-oriented team dedicated to delivering high-quality lead generation and exceptional ROI for our clients. As a Media Buyer, you will be the engine of our performance delivery, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of paid campaigns primarily on Meta, with a secondary focus on Google. If you thrive on data-driven optimization, funnel architecture, and scaling campaigns that move the needle for B2C and B2B business owners, this is the place to build your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage high-performing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and PMax).
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve strict CPL and ROAS targets.
  • Design and refine high-converting landing pages targeted at the renewable energy market.
  • Build and manage sophisticated CRM automations and lead-flow integrations using GoHighLevel.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Lead and Account Management team to align messaging and execute growth strategies.
  • Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and contribute to long-term client strategy.
  • Communicate results internally and support account managers in maintaining our 95% client retention rate.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in South Africa.
  • Schedule: Strict 9–5 working hours in the GMT (UK) timezone.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience launching, optimizing, and scaling lead generation ads on Meta.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in landing page design and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Automation: Demonstrated ability to integrate landing pages with CRMs and build lead-nurturing workflows.
  • Skillset: Strong background in PPC, marketing automation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Mindset: A no-nonsense approach to performance marketing with a focus on hitting KPI targets (CPL <£60).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Direct experience using GoHighLevel and Perspective.
  • Background in workflow automation and CRM administration.
  • Strong copywriting skills specifically for lead generation performance marketing.
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector (solar and battery storage).
  • Proficient in Monday.com for project management and task tracking.
