About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Channel / Corporate Sales Executive to join our client a leading Japanese technology company renowned for its innovative office automation and business solutions. This role is pivotal in driving our expansion and market penetration across various key sectors. You will be instrumental in identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing significantly to our sales growth objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and acquire new client accounts through strategic prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by conducting effective cold calling, networking, and comprehensive market mapping.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and qualification through to successful closing and seamless project handover to the implementation team.
  • Actively participate in and successfully win strategic tender opportunities, demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs and our solution offerings.
  • Drive significant market penetration across diverse industries including corporate enterprises, government bodies, educational institutions, logistics firms, and manufacturing companies.
  • Maximize revenue by expanding client wallet share through strategic cross-selling and upselling of our comprehensive suite of business solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed aggressive monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales department.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Possess 1-5 years of proven experience in B2B, B2G, or Channel sales, with a strong emphasis on new business acquisition.
  • A background in IT, hardware, technology, or office automation sales is highly preferred, demonstrating industry-specific knowledge.
  • Demonstrate a consistent and successful track record in new business acquisition, going beyond mere account management to actively grow the client base.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and the ability to adapt them to different client needs and market conditions.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales enablement tools is advantageous.
