- グローバルモバイルゲームに登場するキャラクターデザイン全般、外部広告向けイラスト（ストア、web広告等）の制作
- Spineアニメーション化を考慮したスチルイラスト制作
- アートディレクターやチームメンバーと連携し、３D向けのビジュアルデザイン設計
- 2Dアート制作に関するサポート業務全般
応募条件
- ゲーム業界での2Dデザイン実務経験5年以上
- Photoshopなどを使用した高いデジタルペイントスキル
- プランナーの仕様制限、マーケターの意図、クライアントの希望、世界観設定、アートディレクションを正しく理解し、ビジュアル化できる能力
- ゲーム要件、デザインを両立させ、その魅力と意図をステークホルダーに提案できるコミュニケーション能力
- マルチタスク、フィードバックに対する柔軟な対応
- アニメ調またはPixar風アートスタイルに対する知見
歓迎スキル
- 3Dソフトウェアの使用経験
- タイトル全体のアートディレクションや、外注コントロールの経験
- 生成AIを用いた画像制作の経験

About the Role:
We are looking for a versatile 2D Artist skilled in creating compelling character and environment concepts, production-ready art, and storyboards. You will contribute from ideation to execution, helping define the visual direction through creativity, narrative thinking, and innovative workflows that embrace AI as a creative partner. This role suits someone passionate about visual storytelling, collaborative creation, and exploring new technologies to enhance the artistic process.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Design and produce character art for our global mobile game titles, including illustrations for external advertising (store assets, web ads, and other promotional materials)
- Create still illustrations optimized for Spine animation, with rigging and motion requirements in mind
- Collaborate with the Art Director and cross-functional team members to design visual concepts and assets for 3D production
- Provide broad support across 2D art production, including tasks as needed to support the wider art team
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D design within the games industry
- Strong digital painting skills using Photoshop or equivalent tools
- Ability to accurately interpret and visualize planner specifications, marketing intent, client requests, world-building/lore, and art direction
- Strong communication skills to balance game requirements with design considerations, and to effectively pitch the appeal and intent behind visual work to stakeholders
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with flexibility to adapt based on feedback
- Familiarity with anime-style or Pixar-style art direction
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with 3D software
- Experience in overall art direction for a title, including managing outsourced vendors
- Experience creating imagery using generative AI tools
- Experience working on IP-based titles
