About the role
We’re hiring a motivated and organized HVAC Install Apprentice to join our growing team! Seeking strong work ethic and willingness to learn. This is a full-time role with overtime opportunities and hands-on training to build your HVAC career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with HVAC system installations, including ductwork and equipment setup
- Load and operate basic HVAC tools and materials
- Support senior installers with layout, measurements, and connections
- Ensure job site cleanliness and organization
- Follow safety protocols and company installation standards
Requirements:
- Strong physical ability (lift up to 100 lbs, work in tight/hot/cold spaces)
- Willingness to climb, kneel, crawl, and work in attics or rooftops
- Basic mechanical skills and use of hand/power tools
- Excellent communication and time management
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Must be willing to consent to undergoing a background check, drug screen, physical, and lift test (must be able to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs).
