experienced and results-oriented IT Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic IT initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting business objectives and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with extensive experience managing complex IT projects in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient execution.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance standards, organizational policies, and quality requirements.
  • Track and report project progress, milestones, dependencies, and key performance indicators to senior management.
  • Support change management and ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new solutions.
  • Foster collaboration and maintain effective communication among all project stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, with proven experience delivering complex enterprise IT projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party service providers.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
