Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic Delivery Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our construction projects within the vibrant Qiddiya development. You will play a crucial role in managing construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while meeting the highest quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to drive.

Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, coordinate, and manage all construction delivery activities to ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
    • Oversee construction contracts and liaise with contractors to monitor progress, address issues, and enforce compliance with safety and quality standards.
    • Develop and implement construction methodologies, risk mitigation strategies, and problem-solving approaches to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Lead regular site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting to track construction status and address any deviations.
    • Collaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration between design and construction phases.
    • Manage stakeholder relationships, including communication and reporting to senior management and external partners.
    • Drive the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on site to promote a safe working environment.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in construction delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within large-scale and complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract management, and project management principles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and project management tools.
  • Experience working in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, is advantageous.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
