About the role
We are looking for Sales/Product Specialists across three key categories within the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) sector: Kitchen Equipment, Food Wholesale (Ingredients), and Tableware. While each category has its own product focus, all roles share a common goal—driving revenue growth by connecting premium products with the right clients through strong business development, product expertise, and relationship management.
The Sales/Product Specialist serves as the primary link between the company’s product portfolio and key decision-makers such as chefs, restaurateurs, and procurement teams. This role requires a balance of sales execution, technical or product knowledge, and client engagement to deliver tailored solutions that meet business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within hotels, restaurants, and cafés
- Drive revenue growth through both new client acquisition and existing account expansion
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the portfolio
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Engage regularly with chefs, procurement managers, and business owners
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Product Expertise & Presentation
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio to effectively communicate value, features, and benefits
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client education sessions
- Create customized proposals tailored to client requirements
Market Insight & Strategy
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, technical/design) to ensure seamless delivery and execution
- Support end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to order fulfillment
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client records
- Provide regular updates, forecasts, and performance reports to management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–3 years of sales experience in the HoReCa industry
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in high-value products
- Strong network within the hotel and restaurant industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building and account management abilities
- Results-driven and able to work independently
PREFERRED
- Experience working directly with chefs and procurement teams
- Understanding of hospitality or food service operations
- Existing relationships with hotel groups and restaurant chains
WORK SETUP
- Field-based role with frequent client visits
- Standard business hours with flexibility based on client needs
- Travel within Metro Manila and nearby areas may be required

1. Kitchen Equipment
- Focus: Selling commercial kitchen and bakery equipment
- Requires technical knowledge (equipment specs, ROI, functionality)
- Involves collaboration with design/project teams for kitchen layouts
- Emphasis on installation coordination and technical proposals
- Target clients: chefs, procurement, operations teams
2. Food Wholesale (Ingredients / Raw Materials)
- Focus: Selling consumable food products (flour, coffee, wine, juices, etc.)
- More volume-driven and relationship-heavy sales
- Strong emphasis on repeat orders and account management
- Includes pricing negotiation and contract handling
- Requires understanding of ingredient application and sourcing
- Close coordination with inventory, dispatch, and supply chain teams
- Interaction mainly with chefs for operational needs
3. Tableware
- Focus: Selling premium dining products (ceramics, glassware, cutlery)
- Strong emphasis on design, aesthetics, and concept selling
- Requires design consultation and “concept matching” for dining experiences
- Involves sampling, product pairing, and ambiance creation
Working hours / Job Type:
Monday to Friday; 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (flexible for client meetings)
Field-based role with frequent client visits.
Occasional evening meetings due to Italy time zone coordination
Travel within Metro Manila and surrounding areas
