Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:
The Senior Creative Designer leads the production and delivery of high-volume creative assets across digital channels, ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand consistency. This role oversees asset adaptation, localization, and optimization while managing a team of Creative Designers, streamlining workflows, enforcing QA standards, and ensuring the timely execution of multiple global campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Campaign Production & Asset Execution
- Execute campaign creative across:
- Social media (organic and paid, static and motion).
- Digital display (static and dynamic HTML5).
- Animation and motion cutdowns.
- Digital & static OOH.
- Email and CRM assets.
- Deliver assets in all required specs, sizes, and formats across platforms.
- Ensure pixel-perfect output aligned to supplied creative direction.
- Manage versioning, localisation, and rollout across large-scale campaigns.
- Maintain production workflows and quality control standards.
- Following the existing workflows rather than independently restructured, though proactive input and opinions on creative direction were welcomed.
Motion & Dynamic Creative:
- Produce motion graphics, HTML5 banners, and animated social assets.
- Adapt master creative into motion variations and performance-led formats.
- Optimise assets for different platforms and performance requirements.
- Create scalable templates to improve efficiency across recurring campaigns.
- Campaign scale could range from 100 or more assets across all digital formats to smaller social media template executions, depending on the client and week.
Team Leadership & Production Management:
- Manage a team of junior designers and production artists.
- Delegate rollout and resizing work effectively.
- Implement QA processes and file structure standards.
- Ensure deadlines are met across multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Act as the production lead for the Manila team, reducing pressure on the local creative leads.
- 80% of the role was expected to be hands-on design execution, with the remaining 20% percent focused on overseeing and guiding the Creative Designer.
Additional:
- Follow creative direction and written briefs accurately, ensuring work aligns with the intended concept and requirements.
- Read and interpret briefs carefully, asking questions early if anything is unclear rather than making assumptions.
- Consistently deliver work that is complete, accurate, and ready for review with minimal rework.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail across layouts, typography, spacing, imagery, animation, file naming, and export specifications.
- Self-review all work before submission to ensure it meets the brief, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Take ownership of quality control, identifying and resolving issues before assets are handed over or delivered to clients.
Requirements
- Contract role (6–12 months)
- 7+ years’ experience in digital design or motion.
- Experience working in Gaming, Sports Betting, or Casino industries (Advantageous).
- Experience in handling creative team is advantageous.
- Strong experience executing multi-channel campaigns at scale
- Proven ability to manage junior creatives or production teams
- Knowledgeable in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects and Figma.
- HTML5 banner production (can be trainable on the job)
- Strong understanding of digital ad specs, file weight restrictions, and platform requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and production discipline
- Clear communication skills and comfort working with offshore creative leadership
- Have a strong portfolio showcasing Digital campaigns, Animations, Graphic Design, and etc.
- Candidate must have their own equipment (Laptop).
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience working with international creative teams.
- Experience setting up offshore production teams.
- Familiarity with ad-serving platforms and performance-driven creative.
