Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, or relevant field preferred.
• Prior experience in shipping operations or ship management roles within the APAC region.
• Knowledge of international maritime regulations and industry best practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multi-cultural and multinational environments.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as required by the position.
