Remote Recruitment is hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to support C-suite leadership at a growing UK business. This fully remote role requires someone exceptionally organised, discreet, and comfortable working at speed with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex executive diaries and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
• Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of senior leaders
• Prepare briefing packs, board reports, and presentation materials
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and itineraries
• Act as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

What You'll Need

• 4+ years supporting C-suite or director-level executives
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Impeccable discretion when handling confidential matters
• Reliable fibre internet and a professional home workspace

What's on Offer

• Salary: R25,000 per month
• Full-time, permanent remote position
• Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
