Remote Recruitment is hiring a Sales Representative to join a fully remote team supporting a UK-based employer. You will build relationships with prospects, understand their needs and guide them toward the right solution. This is a 100% remote role for South African talent, working UK business hours (09:00–17:00 UK time / 11:00–19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities

• Contact warm leads and follow up on enquiries
• Understand customer needs and present suitable products or services
• Move deals through the pipeline toward close
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date
• Work toward monthly sales targets

What you'll need

• Experience with sales or customer-facing work
• A confident, friendly communication style
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Good spoken and written English
• A quiet home workspace with reliable internet and a headset
